Grow the billed hours of the office by working closely with the team and Director of Home Care on strategies for sales and recruitment.
Responsibilities and Duties Conduct caregiver payroll once a week.
Accept/decline cases given authorizations by external Service Coordinators.
Assist the Home Care Consultant in organizing caregiver and client schedules.
Answer phones in an energetic and positive manner.
Promptly attend to clients needs when they call in.
Ensuring all caregiver files are in compliance - up to date tests, applications, etc.
Order office supplies as needed.
Creatively problem solve when there are call outs by using your caregiver roster.
Thoroughly document all interaction between caregivers and clients in the software system.
Actively build relationships with members of Managed Care Organizations, local long-term living facilities and more to capture new opportunities.
Report any new or lost cases to team and director daily - record all information in designated reporting tool and software system.
Offer supreme customer service to any referral source, client or caregiver.
