The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse/Graduate Nurse consistently performs his/her duties demonstrating an understanding of the essential job functions as reflected in the Medical Surgical Registered Nurse/Graduate Nurse job description, department and hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide direct professional nursing care for assigned patients while maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
Promote the health and well-being of the patient and significant other through the care continuum utilizing the nursing process.
The Graduate Nurse will work providing patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse at all times.
The Graduate Nurse will not assume charge responsibilities
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Current PA Practice Permit/ Registered Nurse license BLS required, must be completed prior to end of orientation period
Organizational skills, clinical expertise, teaching/instructing, clerical accuracy, communication skills, listening abilities, independent thinking/sound judgment; ability to deal with stress, able to react to emergency and crisis situations, committed to quality of care.
Job: Medical / Surgical UnitEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
