HR Manager

Five years HR functional work experience at a managerial level 2.
Knowledge of Customer Service Operations is an asset 3.
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or other related field 4.
Ability to deal with ambiguity- can comfortable handle risk and uncertainty; doesn't get upset when things are up in the air; deals effectively with change and shifts gears appropriately 5.
Managerial Courage - takes a position and stands by it; provides direct, actionable feedback; is not afraid to take negative action when necessary 6.
Interpersonal Savvy - Relates well to all kinds of people in organization; builds and leverages relationships; can diffuse high-tension situations effectively 7.
Serve as a core member of the leadership team, managing the delivery of HR initiatives for the Site in the areas of Employee Relations and Performance Management, Engagement, Coaching/Guidance, and Communications.
Provide coaching/counsel to Leadership Team to help support team REQUIREMENTSEducation :

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
