Sales Service Associate

Adecco is currently recruiting for multiple Sales Service Associates in the Hanover Industrial Park.

Their focus is on improving client processes and driving business impactJOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing the daily processes necessary to execute accuracy.
This position includes and is not limited to sending, collecting, and verifying documentation for billing, compliance and analysis.
Candidate must have the ability to demonstrate initiative to resolve documentation and claims with minimal supervision.
Essential Functions:
-Relationship building with the Account Managers.
Must have a good rapport to ensure maximum profit and the highest level of customer service.
-Troubleshooting must know the systems in and out in order to help the Account Manager.
-Responsible for held billing accounts.
Must work with the Account Managers diligently to ensure claims are billed within payer timelines.
-Create written communications to internal and external resources.
Requires ability to draft letters from scratch.
-Inbound/Outbound calls to Account Managers, payers, and the client to resolve billing and product related issues.
-Contact payers to obtain necessary information for billing and customer service.
-Review the history of the account in detail to determine plan of action.
-Document all contact notes in the systems for future reference.
-Responsible for ensuring management is informed of issues with Account Managers that need addressed.
Work with the client when necessary on these issues.
-Maintain compliance with state and federal requirements.
-Meet or exceed set production goals.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:

Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
2.
Must be comfortable with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
3.
Must be dependable and detail oriented.
4.
Will be required to meet or exceed production standards.
5.
Strong analytical skills.
6.
Ability to multi-task while taking calls.
7.
Ability to work in close proximity with co-workers.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
1-3 years customer service experience preferred 1-3 years sales support preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
This position will be Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
