Job Description:
Serves as a liaison between customers and auto technicians
The Service Manager is the first line customer service representative
The Service Manager is a problem-solver and meets services and sales objectives
Motivates Service Advisor team to up-sell work that generates revenues, answers questions about estimates and quotes when necessary
Ensures good CSI levels to maintain repeat customers
Provides resolutions of customer complaints
Oversees maintenance of customer service records in computer system
Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity.
Oversees Employee training and development
Ensures a safe working environment
Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repaired
Job
Responsibilities:
Excellent people skills
Driven to communicate
Supervisor experience in a service position
Understands the basics of business management
Strong motivational and leadership skills
Ability to multi-task
Valid Driver's License with good driving record
